1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the official Reemix website ("we," "us," or "our"), operated on behalf of Myree Bowden. By accessing this site, booking a dunk exhibition, vertical jump training session, or commentary/emcee appearance, or purchasing any digital or physical product, you ("Client" or "Booker") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Athletic Participation & Physical Activity Waiver
Dunk exhibitions, vertical jump training, and related basketball activities involve strenuous physical activity and inherent risk. By registering for or attending any Reemix program or exhibition, participants and their legal guardians (where applicable) acknowledge and agree that:
- Participation involves inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and muscle strains.
- You release Myree Bowden, Reemix, and any hosting venues or event organizers from liability for injuries sustained during training or exhibitions.
3. Event & Venue Conduct
Clients, attendees, and spectators are expected to uphold standards of sportsmanship and respect for staff, performers, and venue property. Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or property damage may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Bookings & Payments
Dunk exhibitions, training sessions, and commentary/emcee bookings are quoted and confirmed individually. All bookings must be reserved and paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable booking agreement or invoice.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
