1. 24-Hour Notice for Training Sessions
To respect Myree's coaching and travel schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or reschedule of a vertical jump training session.
- Cancellations with > 24 hours notice: Fully eligible to reschedule to an open slot without penalty or receive session credit.
- Late Cancellations (< 24 hours notice): Subject to a partial session forfeiture fee to cover reserved time.
- No-Shows (no prior notice): Forfeit the full session fee.
2. Dunk Exhibition & Commentary Bookings
Exhibition, appearance, and commentary bookings follow the cancellation terms outlined in the specific booking agreement or invoice for that engagement, which will always be shared and confirmed in advance.
3. Weather & Venue Emergency Closures
If a scheduled venue closes due to severe weather or a facility emergency, you will be notified immediately, and your session or appearance will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
